At The MENTOR Network, we believe that everyone is capable of reaching new heights and thriving in the community. Our services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) focus on personal choice while recognizing the specialized, and often complex, needs of the individuals we serve. Vendorized programs are funded through one of California's 21 Regional Centers which contract with the CA Dept of Developmental Services (DDS). In July 2014, the DSS-CCLD launched significant changes to their website facility search feature; however, adult day vendorized programs are not specifically categorized as a sub-set of adult day programs.

We offer center-based adult day services that provide therapeutic programming for individuals 18 and older with a physical disability or social or cognitive impairment who need some assistance with activities of daily living. Some young adults with multiple physical or mental disabilities may attend Easterseals adult day programs as they. Easterseals programs such as adult day care centers, in-home support and services, community mobility options, wellness programs and support for family caregivers help people live as independently as possible for as long as possible.
